There were no room keys due to some computer problem. Staff was as accommodating as humanly possible, but needed to continuously run around hotel opening doors for guests

We were on the 3rd floor and no elevators. Keys did not work and we were on the 3rd floor. No hand soap in the room. Towels and bed sheets seemed dirty.

The staff were friendly and nice. Property wasn’t as bad as I was worried it would be based on the reviews but the Beds very uncomfortable, can hear every noise when people on floor above you walk, tub and sink don’t drain properly. Shower water turns cold when a toilet is flushed.

The property was nice but showed its age in the room. The room smelled clean and the bed was comfortable. The doors were loud every time someone shut and opened their rooms near us. The breakfast was very disappointing with not many options. But the staff were all friendly and helpful.

No elevator was difficult; Not a lot close to hotel; Property seemed a bit dated with no real improvements apparent; Experienced issues with whether or not there were rooms available; Cost directly through property was very high (Labor Day wknd & a football game) though we got a better price through Expedia; Desk person was friendly & room was adequate.

You can hear every bit of steps and movement when you are on the ground floor from above you. But that’s not the worst part, you can hear the gushing sound of water everytime there are activities in the bathroom beside your room. But the staff are really nice and helpful.

Owen the check in guy was great. Could not get tv to first night second night the desk discovered other remote was needed. No new towels next day, and had to ask, trash not taken out second day. Room and bathroom really small

Good value, walkable to UI, breakfast lacking

Hotel is a block away from University of Idaho. Excellent place to stay if touring UI or visiting a student there. Room was clean. Shower had good water pressure. Staff at check-in was very efficient and kind. Breakfast was missing fruit or protein (neither sausage nor eggs); however, there was coffee, oatmeal and waffles.

Friendly staff, terrible accomodations

The staff were super friendly and helpful even though it was a busy busy day! The hotel was fully booked. My key card didn't work to get into my room. I had to go down 3 flights of stairs 3 times and get instructions on how to open the door. Like a key lock at home that you have to jiggle to get it to work. How about you fix the door? No elevator. Bed was the worst I've ever slept in. If it weren't for the friendly staff I would give this a terrible review.
