The listing did not disclose that the unit is reached only by three flights of steep exterior wooden stairs, with no elevator. My wife has a mobility limitation that makes stairs of that kind unsafe for her.

Pool was small and staff were running up and down the floors to get drinks. Ken seemed to be doing everything. Staff at the front desk was bi-polar. Some were very nice and others acted like they didn’t want to be there and were very rude.

Great parking. Nice size room and the roof top pool was a nice feature. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.
