The washing machine doesn’t not work. Public refrigerator is not working. No fridge in the unit.

A wonderful hotel. Every member of staff were so helpful and friendly, we were very well looked after. We were upgraded to a recently renovated room which was beautiful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. ❤️

Only negative was the bathroom was separated from the bedroom by a glass sliding door, and no privacy lock.

Clear instructions, clean room, adequate amenities. Good location with easy access to public transportation. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Cons; The air conditioner I believe was on a timer and we weren’t able to get it working for more than a few minutes, hence the room was warm. Was woken up by the sun light flooding the room from the section of the blind that did not connect with the other part neither was there any curtains in that middle section to make up for the shortfall of the blinds. Overall Good stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Wien. The room was spotless. The staff were so helpful. The location was unbeatable. I had lunch here on my last day, and it was delicious. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Would recommend it wholeheartedly and would definitely stay here again on my return to Vienna. Thank you.

Air conditioning was excellent. Room was clean and staff was helpful and nice.
