Now my go to in Leeds. No bells and whistles but excellent service and clean room with plenty of space. Haven't tried breakfast and shower took a while to warm but only needed a comfortable bed for the night and at this price it is a no brainer

The hotel is close to Leeds station and within easy walking distance of the city centre and associated attractions. My room was comfortable, clean and I had a good night sleep. The continental breakfast is good value for money. Any staff I had contact with with very friendly and helpful

You get what you pay for... A clean, simple room with the basics. The staff is very helpful. I just wish we did not have to pay extra to store our luggage before check in, but at least we could, so a plus there. Overall, I recommend for anyone who wants something simple that will not break the bank.

Nice hotel very old outdated halls but I kinda liked it. Very basic but cheap for the city center we was on floor 10 and was a 5min walk from reception to room which was weird. No parking at the hotel but plenty of parking options around the area

Decided to stay overnight in Leeds due to an early morning train to London and being unsure about the service to Leeds due to the TRU work. Check in and out was quick and efficient, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was on floor 5 and was pretty spacious and clean, with not much of an outlook through the windows just onto other buildings. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable, shower was quite roomy. It was a five minute walk to the station so all in all it was perfect for our needs.
