Worst experience ever, staff very nasty hotel rooms very nasty and they have bed bugs. Have pictures to prove, don't ever stay there eventhough it's convenient to the military base and airport don't stay. Elevator broke down and honestly I dont know who gave these good reviews on this property but it's all a lie.

Overall it was ok. Mattress was hard as a rock and the staff, apart from one blonde older lady, were pretty lazy. They don’t have to perform well because they are booked full when soldiers graduate from Fort Sill. No incentive to serve customers as they should. No clean towels unless you ask etc. Rooms not cleaned daily. Breakfast was good.

Property smelled and was very damp almost mildewy. Bathroom had mold along sides of tub paint peeling off back of bathroom door floors felt wet and sticky in the entire room. Fire alarm went off at 3 AM due to faulty Elevator was told it was the second night in a row had occurred. Elevator was a little sketchy and shaky to ride in. Breakfast consisted of sausage and gravy three days in a row would’ve been nice to have a little variety or additional options staff was nice and accommodating. I would not go back to this hotel though.

What Happened

I couldn't believe that after house cleaning had gone through that dog poop was in the corner outside my assigned room. The air-conditioning was inop in the assigned room.....during a hot spell in the city.

The rooms were filthy and not thoroughly cleaned. The toilet bowl has black mold or rust in it. The carpet felt sticky. The curtains had water damage, the phone and alarm was dusty. My baby was bite by a spider
