Very Clean. Nice hotel.

The lobby was very nice. Restaurant was good. Starbucks was starbucks. The rooms were very comfortable. Matresses not too hard. Good bedding. They have bed bug covers on the matresses. We got 2 rooms with 2 queen beds each. Room was super clean. Refrigerator worked well, no freezer. Every floor has a microwave located in the ice room. Hallways were very clean. The casino was really clean, not so loose but clean. Staff at the casino and the hotel were all very kind and helpful. We were there for family day for our son graduating Fort Sill. It is in a great location. I would stay again and recommend.

Hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. The only issue I had was with the check-in. There was initially only one employee at the desk, so I chose to use the check-in kiosk. I got through the whole process and then it didn’t dispense the key card, so I had to wait in a now longer line, which took 20 minutes. Overall, I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Drove 5 hrs to be stood up on buying a truck.... but was like ok... I still have a room to go to... I'll make the best of it.... The casino is nice... like really nice actually... kinda dead though not much action. The rooms are decent..the beds are comfortable. The shower didnt offer much pressure... I honestly booked that room because it said (Queen room with tub) sooo I thought hell yeah I can take a nice hot bath and relax... no... it was a normal bath tub.... The cable TV options SUCK... absolute trash. The coffee maker didnt work. The room was at 50% humidity when got there. I had to change the reservation after arriving because I don't have a new debit card with my married name on it... the front desk guy refused to check me in... I stay at hotels frequently and never had that issue... ever! We ened up checking out at 3 am because something tore my husband's allergies up in there or down there.. not for sure. I think I just expected more Wow from a casino hotel...

Checked in at 215am after a long flight. Room was flooded. Maintenance came in at 245 to clean and find out what the problem was. My son’s graduations dnd family day from BCT WAS THAT morning. Not a good first night. Then I didn’t get a new fridge til 1 pm the next day! Not a good stay!

The room looked very nice but the beds were horrible! They were like sleeping on blocks of cotton covered wood. Family members had stayed in this hotel two months prior and they said their beds were comfortable however that was not the case for us. We ate at the main restaurant, the food was adequate with portions being very small and workers smelled like marijuana! We reserved two nights but tried to cancel 2nd night within allotted cancellation time yet was not allowed. I’m not sure I would stay here again.

The 360 restaurant inside the casino hotel is horrible. Bad, rude service and undercooked food. We got better treatment at the cafe. The hotel room had a leaking AC, water was coming up through the floor. Hair was all over the bed and the floors hadn't been swept or cleaned.
