What I enjoyed the most was the convenience of the valet parking, everything was so quick and smooth. To begin with we arrived at 1 am, we did pre check in online, and requested our refrigerator and was in our room within 10 minutes. The staff was amazing and very responsive and respectful. Housekeeping was always on top of it. Shoutout to the great teamwork, definitely looking to come back in a couple months for the summer.

No hot water to shower, wash hands, etc.... than water was shut off completely for half a day (possibly to fix hot water issue? We werent informed.) Once water was turned back on, it ran out of faucets a yellow brown color. Needed to use bottle water to brush teeth, and couldn't shower; used hand sanitizer for cleaner hands.

OK, not bad, not great

The people were nice enough and the room was comfortable enough, but nothing was great. The furnishings are worn. There was a fridge (which is nice) but the access door was sticky. The TV was comically small. The bed was fine and the carpet was clean. The bathroom is very small and worn, but was clean. So, all things considered, not terrible but not great.

An old but very well manicured place. As for the staff, several staff members appeared to dislike their job and or were just annoyingly disturbed when asked for assistance. Overall, it was wonderful and I wasn’t going to let those rude staff members ruin my stay.

Nice and clean hotel But I was in the gambling area three days and never offer me a drink, also this in not in the hotel handle but a lot noise and people yelling in the walkways late night, also a dog barking all night.
