When I turned the water on in the tub the water was brown for a bit before it was clear. They did not clean out the refrigerator between guests. House cleaning only brought towels and did not clean the room or make the beds. Very dirty place.

Dark Water From Faucets

We had an overnight stay in a two queen bed room overlooking the river, which would be the highlight of our stay. We liked the food court, kid play, arcade, and movie options. The free parking is a perk. The beach and pool areas looked nice, but we didn’t get a chance to try it out. Our room looked updated to give a modern feel, but the bathroom looked dirty and outdated. My kids were freaked out to see dark dirty looking water in the toilet and shower faucets. We had to run the water for a few minutes until clear water poured out each time. Apparently, this has been an ongoing complaint. The Casino area is poorly ventilated and has a musty odor so we avoided the area. Some of the front desk workers were not welcoming. Upon checking out, the front desk worker who helped me out had a hacking cough and never bothered to sanitize her hands before touching the keyboard and reaching out for my room keys. It was just a one night stay, but it was enough for us to decide to try elsewhere for our next trip to Bullhead.

Shower head wasn’t working so I couldn’t shower I notify the front desk young girl about it and she just said ok didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience she just said if there was a problem to contact Expedia cause that were I did my booking also there was no light for like an hour
