The apartment was completely fresh, it still had that new smell. Fixtures and fittings were as pictured and nice and contemporary. The shower was a little awkward with being half enclosed, half wet room and did spill water out onto the floor. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows and the air conditioning was a god send whilst there during a heatwave and was super quiet. The triple glazed windows also keep out any noise from the street below, we couldn't hear a thing when closed. The remote locking system is also very cool rather than having a key. The kitchen has a oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine but no microwave or toaster. It is a smallish area but perfect for a short weekend. Would fully return for the price we paid (£306 for three nights in June). Location is above a neighbourhood style bar and perfect location for the Jewish quarter.

We chose this apartment for our recent stay in Krakow. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of by the staff. We were greeted with wine and chocolate in the room, breakfast each morning was amazing, and on the last day they even packed breakfast to go for our flight. The apartment was gorgeous and the perfect respite after long sightseeing days. On our final night, we ate in the restaurant and quite possible it was the best meal I've had in years. From the caviar to the deer filet and dessert, every bite was exquisite. A huge thank you to Viktor and Olivia for taking such good care of us. We can't wait to return!

Tables during the breakfast should be cleaning often, tea spoon only wooden ,bread not very fresh. Ham,eggs , salads exceptional.

The location was excellent, close to the market square and across from Planty with good access to public transport. Our room was spacious and quiet. There is a nice lounge on yhe ground floor.

Amazing hotel, beautiful and large room, and a perfect location. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff was incredibly helpful and helped me in English. The parking underground was a great benefit to have as Krakow can be a challenge with parking. Comfortable, spacious room with great amenities. Great location for walking around the city, to the gallery, and to old town. Would definitely stay again and next time try the spa!
