Meh, stay on the strip

Check in, service was unfriendly. Not like the strip service. Virgin is off the strip and part of the Hilton properties. Free parking and free valet was great. However, asking the bell hop to take your stuff to the room was a nightmare. They will only take luggage. Anything not in a luggage or carry on, you have to carry in yourself

First and foremost Adrian at the front desk is absolutely amazing! he is so friendly and welcoming! He made me feel so comfortable at a place which I thought I could never belong. All staff here are amazing! I wish everyone to experience this! I’ve never been in such a nice hotel in my life! This is my first time!! Resort fees suck

Hotel was nice and clean. The resort fee is a joke… you pay 55$ a day and unless you get to the pool right when it’s open there is no chance of getting a chair as so few are available. But plenty of cabanas if you wanna burn 150$.

Had an amazing stay at Virgin Hotel Las Vegas! The entire staff was professional, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Special shoutout to Miriam at the front desk—she went above and beyond to take care of us. The food was great and reasonably priced, which is a huge plus in Vegas. And the pool was a whole vibe—relaxing, fun, and the perfect spot to unwind. We’ll definitely be staying here every time we come to Vegas. Highly recommend!

Hotel was really nice! Had everything we needed! Had a coffee shop, a few restaurants, nice casino for gambling, and the room was super clean. The staff was also very sweet. Will definitely stay here again.

Great grounds. Clean and tidy in general with good service & service recovery. Many eating options and not too far to walk to the strip. That said there was one occasion where unclean sheets and poor house keeping let me down. Similarly a room change was unduly delayed possibly due to internal communication issues. One or two pools were on maintenance yet open for events. Similarly there was inconvenience for moving around when preparations were taking place for a concert. Both of these should have been informed to me at the time of booking.

Went on a best friend trip to Las Vegas for a much-needed break. This hotel was wonderful. The rooms were amazing and comfortable. The beds were the most comfortable beds. I think I’ve ever slept in in my life. The restaurants are so good here I had a breakfast buffet one morning and we ate at Lucia one night for dinner. Stop and grab a piece of pizza before you go back to your room with the end of your night. We booked chairs at the pool area and had an amazing day..

Decided to try the hotel on a long weekend as I has been a big fan of the Hard Rock property. Definitely much more low key but decided that I enjoyed the less crowded casino and beach club. Restaurants were good and accessible. May give it another go in the future.
