The staff was amazing! The attention to detail from each member was outstanding! This was not our first time in Vegas but our first time staying at the Venetian. As soon as the guest services agent found out, she immediately offered to upgrade our room to a suite in the Palazzo with a beautiful view of the Sphere, the mountains, and the city. Our room was exquisite!! Esthetically, the property is stunning! From the chandeliers to the marble floors; everything defines opulence. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return!

This is my 4th trip to Vegas and I am convinced that this is the most beautiful property on the strip. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. My daughter came with me and it was her first time to Las Vegas and she too was so impressed with the beauty of the Venetian and with so many choices for shopping, dining and just walking around.
