Getting hit with a $63 resort fee is BITTER, glad we did not valet park expensives, breakfast buffet expensive not quality or good variety. Stayed here when hotel was new, it has been a long time and a long slide, beautiful but not a lot of good things to say. Better deals elsewhere

Everything was too expensive. $9 for a coffee. Housekeeping was lacking, but receptive if we called. Beware the extra mini fridge - don’t touch anything or remove anything or you’ll be charged ($16 for peanut M&M’s). Netflix didn’t work and TV channels were sad. I think they try to get you out of the room to gamble and buy the expensive food options. It was convenient for getting to the Sphere - the whole reason for our visit. If I ever go to the Sphere again, I’d stay here again, but not for any other reason. Actually, I don’t plan to ever return to Vegas unless I decide to turn away from God, forgo my morals, and decide I prefer breathing marijuana rather than fresh air. I will say Expedia is the way to go for this and any trip. The upgrades were nice even though I had to point them out several times and then have the bill adjusted at check out because they didn’t load the credits right.

Paid $100 to get downgraded.

Venetian isn’t what it used to be. It feels outdated. We stayed there for 2 nights. I booked “The luxury newly renovated Queen room”. I’m a gold member at Hotels. When we got to check in we somehow got talked in to upgrade our room further for $100. I tried to tell that we should be upgraded for free because of my status at Hotels. However when we got to the room it was not only the same room we originally booked (and now paid $100 extra for) it was also next to supply room and elevator. It was so loud the whole night. We didn’t sleep at all. So we paid to get downgraded basically. I went to reception and shared my experience. The guy wasn’t super interested in helping, but he said he could change our room. We got the room 9 hours later!!!!! And only so because we had to go to the reception again to ask for the room. So 30 of our 44 hours at the Venetian was pretty horrible. They did void the $100 upgrade cost (remember the upgrade we didn’t receive). Absolutely a nightmare. Avoid if you want good costumer service.

The Venetian is an amazing hotel. Shopping, dining, and casino is all right there. The staff is amazing and always helpful. Our room was clean and perfect for the flour of us.
