everything was good except the shower dripped all day an night an was loud even with the bathroom door closed and housekeeping was very slow, had to walk down to the front desk to get toilet paper after 3 calls to housekeeping. Ai makes it hard to get anyone on the phone

Old, dirty hotel trying to charge high dollar

The hotel says they upgraded rooms. We stayed in an older, dated room. The bathroom shower had mold. We stayed in a “non-smoking” room but the hallway reeked of marijuana and you can smell it in our room. The mini fridge froze our snacks. The pool is only open until 6, and not all pools are open to enjoy. These are all supposed to be included in what the hotel charges as “Resort fees”. Sad to say I won’t come back to this gross hotel.

The elevators didn’t work and it took 45 minutes to get down 28 stories. Everything is dated and most things were closed. Hard pass!

First and last time

The first room smelled like someone smoked a joint in it. We were moved to another room and although the front room was ok the bath tub was disgustingly dirty. They never serviced our room the 3 days we were there. High probability that I will never stay at this hotel again.
