Staff and room. We booked for a room in the first tower but received a room in the new tower. The new tower is nice and clean but did not have a soaking tub. The front desk was able to find us a room in the first tower with a beautiful view.

We enjoyed our stay at the M Resort Spa Casino. Rooms were clean, cleaning staff were very nice. Only issue was the wait time to check in. They may want to add staff as there was only one person checking people in at time of check in. When there is a line of people waiting, it would have been nice for someone to help the front desk out so there isn't an extended wait. Other than that, nice place to stay.

PLEASE NOTE: It will be in small print - but the very lovely pools that you see? Drained and dry until March. Yet, still the $35 plus taxes per night Resort Fee. Also, throughout the lobby/casino there is a smell, similar to a bad car air freshener. Do not recommend.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at the M Resort was excellent. Self-parking was conveniently located near the entrance, making it easy to access both the property and our room. Valet and bell services were friendly, professional, and welcoming, as was the hotel staff overall. Upon entering our initial room, our five-year-old realized there was no bathtub. My wife contacted the front desk, and within approximately 30 seconds we were reassigned to a new room that perfectly accommodated our needs. The quick response and customer service were truly impressive. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The following morning, we ordered room service, which exceeded our expectations the food was outstanding. We were extremely happy with our stay and the level of service provided. We will absolutely be returning. Thank you, M Resort, for a wonderful experience.
