Shanta at the front desk was amazing. She helped me with upgrading our room. She made sure it was taken care of when she came in at 6am. Truly went above and beyond. Hector helped us the entire time with our luggage. Friendly, funny, and super helpful. The two of them were a dynamic duo. Thank you both for making our stay great.

The property was just okay, it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. Guess it didn’t help that the room cleaning staff only came once out of the 5 days that I was there. Definitely disappointed!

Shante, at the front desk was amazing with wonderful customer service. Her superior hospitality set the tone for our great stay at The Cromwell. Over charged

Every thing was great until check out , they over charged us and gave us a receipts with no new charge and we went home and checked our acct and we was overcharged For valets that was closed Monday- Thursday so we should have only been charged. For Sunday

My only complaint about the stay was that the hotel charged for EVERYTHING! Charged us extra to check into our room at 3 pm when check in at 4 pm. Never had a hotel do that before. Late check out - same thing. Charged us extra.

Older hotel, still in good shape, the cleanliness of the surrounding area is due to its location on the Las Vegas Strip. The low rating for staff is because when I arrived to check in there was no one at the front desk, I had to wait approximately 4 minutes for someone to come to the desk, the young lady seemed inconvenienced by having to help me, he did not speak at a level I could hear and was not clear with her information.
