Very nice stay

Very good place to stay,vand less expensive than the casino adjacent to it. Only a few steps to the casino and completely quiet. Friendly staff , very clean and well maintained Good pool area.

Great location but service was mediocre. Our suite had the amenities we needed but we were missing sheets and the sofa bed sheets were dirty. The staff was very unprofessional. It wasn’t a pleasant stay but we enjoyed the little kitchen we had since we love to cook our own food.

Very quiet. Close to Restaurants. Room was clean and had more than I needed. Security seemed to be aware of all that was going on but was not obtrusive. Front desk staff was helpful when I had questions. All in all very pleasing.

Vents in the room were disgustingly dusty, I’m talking thick chicks of dust. I am pregnant and was sneezing and coughing. The shower constantly clogged up. The AC cannot be controlled by guess so I was forced to be hot and pregnant. 2/3 elevators did not work in an 18 floor building. Again, I’m pregnant and either had to wait forever for one elevator or take the steps to my room on the 9th floor. Everyone trying to checkout at 10am was insane with the elevators. Also charging $150hr for a late checkout is insaneeee! Stayed 5 years ago when it was Diamond Resorts and it was great. This stay wasn’t so great. I do like the location distance to shopping, strip, and airport.

Pre-check in registration made it super easy once we arrived in Vegas. Walked up to the counter and was all checked in with my room keys and welcome packet within 2 minutes. Parking was very close and easy, hotel grounds were very clean and all employees were very nice and helpful.

Normally we have a great experience but this time was a little different. Dinning table stand was broken, made it difficult to eat on and couldn’t set a laptop down to work. Head board on bed was also broken. Dressers top drawer was also broken. There was No extra toilet paper, in the bathroom. Had to go downstairs to get an extra roll. Aside from that customer service was great, and property/room was very clean.
