Room lacks a few thing's that cheaper motels have

I thought there should atleast be a microwave, mini fridge and coffee pot in the room we had none of the above

Check in was quick and easy. They were also able to accommodate us and put our entire family (6 rooms in all) on the same floor despite late reservations. The experience was wonderful.

My stay at the Sunset Station June 17-22 was excellent. Your staff in all areas of the property were outstanding. I especially liked the Golden Fork cafe. The food was delicious and the staff was excellent. Also the staff in the hotel was excellent. The housekeeping services on the 15th floor was very good. The main desk folks Ron and everyone was great and helped me with checking into the airline.

I wouldn’t stay here again. While the staff was kind and helpful—no complaints there—the overall experience didn’t match the price. The rooms are very outdated and not well maintained. The air filters in the room were visibly dirty, and I woke up every morning with allergy symptoms. For what you’re paying, there are definitely better options in Vegas. A refresh and some basic upkeep would go a long way.

I truly enjoy my time here; the affordability and variety of dining options for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner are impressive. While some aspects may feel a bit outdated, it appears that renovations are underway, which is exciting. The casino's remodel looks fantastic, and I eagerly anticipate seeing the updated rooms once the project is complete. I highly recommend staying here, as the staff is excellent, and the Brass Fork restaurant offers an outstanding dining experience. I look forward to returning soon.

There was trash around the pool area and many people going into the pool with non swim suit attire. Polo shirts, cargo pants, long pants. No water was offered when we checked in and was redirected to go to the gift shop and buy water. Really? It was 105 outside, the least they can do is provide it upon arrival or place some in your room.
