This property was really nice. We traveled with teenagers and it worked for us. We liked that we had a decent kitchen to use and the staff was great. The pool was ok but not exactly what we were looking for on vacation.

Beautiful place. The fridge and freezer didn’t work. Fridge barely was cold and freezer did not freeze. Our ice n ice cream melted . There is no early check in AT ALL!

Great Stay!

We visited for a birthday trip and Palms was amazing! It's off the strip but super close to it. The room was awesome and the staff was nice. We got lost a few times but by day 2 we had it figured out. Loved the pools! Even the smaller pool was a great vibe.

The Palms Place is one of the hearts of Las Vegas whether you enjoy the resort / and or (just touring) that is connected to the Palms Hotel by Sky Tube or the 1-2 min exterior walk with fun visuals, great entertainment and the best views of the entire city of Las Vegas, a future of the past of the future experience. Remember to tip the people that give you this experience grab an enjoying beverage and enjoy the art of this establishment! I booked for 3 days no hot water, no access to the balcony and no bedding for the sofa bed . I hotel over all was cool place to stay but book through the hotel directly and no 3rd party

Amazing View. Misleading bedroom type.

The view was exactly what l expected. When booking l was unaware that l would be charged as if this was two separate rooms, requiring two separate deposits. I booked the “Two bedroom open balcony unit”. Upon checkin l was informed that what l had was a 1 bedroom plus a 1 bedroom studio and they were not connected. There was a foryer that could be closed off but l would have simply opted for the one bedroom open balcony had l know that as there were already 2beds in that unit alone. My deposit and additional fees were doubled due to this. Take note if you are looking at those units, plus the pics shown were also a bit misleading as there was a queen bed in the living room in the place of where the soaking tub was shown. The tub was actually in the bedroom. I also found chapstick and eyedrops in between the bedframe and sheet that did not belong to me leaving me to question if the bed linen was properly changed.

We had two connecting rooms. One was not all the way clean when we got there. It look like the people that had it before us had a party. The curtains was also torn in the front room. Other than that the other room was good and there was enough room for everyone.

Expected a beautiful unit for my Anniversary.

Well to start I arrived at 2:40 and my room wasn't ready until 5:40pm so I waited almost 3 hours to get in my room. When check in was at 3pm. The front desk said housekeeping was running late. , honestly a beautiful room with a beautiful view, but the room was not cleaned. There was a broken nail and hair pin under the bed, I could also see crumbs all over the carpet in the bedroom. The Internet did not work at all. The living room television has a green screen. The sink to the left in the full bathroom was broken off completely. There was no hot water until it was almost time for me to leave. When they did finally send someone to the unit to fix the Internet on the TV in the bedroom, they literally did the same thing we did and was not able to fix it. Everything was a huge inconvenience because I needed to be in the room by 3pm so I can decorate for my Anniversary.
