Room as described. No housekeeping offered unless you want to pay it just like room service and it’s expensive. But it’s a residential property so it’s acceptable. Very clean and quiet highly recommend.

I booked a room for 6 people for 2 nights and 3 days. When I asked for a change of towels, they charged me a fee. There were only 5 towels in a room for 6 people, and it was hard to understand why they were charging me an extra fee.

Unfortunately this property is owned by an independent company that isn’t maintained well. The curtains were ripping so they didn’t close well, the jacuzzi drain wouldn’t close, the door to the shower was hard to open and close and finally very dusty and hairs were everywhere

At first glance room seemed clean, throughout my stay however I noticed a lot of cleanliness issues and maintenance issue. The shower was a problem, as was low drainage in the bathroom sink. Cockroaches were a problem in the bathroom too, though not an infestation just a few from the shower drain gaps. Halfway through my stay the door lock broke and wouldn’t accept my key a took 4 hours to get engineering to the room. This was a fault on my part as I had accidentally triggered the do not disturb button. Though after 5 trips to reception to security guided enteries it took the 3rd security guard to notice and go grab engineering. Throughout this however, the staff were extraordinary kind and reassuring. My interactions with the staff were the best part of my stay.

The description is very misleading. We booked the "two bedroom suite". It was definitely not a two bedroom suite. It was two adjacent rooms, without an adjoining door between them. So basically, you had to go out into the hallway to go to the adjacent room (yes, there's a 3rd door that separates you from the main hallway, but it's very inconvenient to go out and back in - with no way to prop the doors open unless you put something in the doorjam). Very disappointed in the setup, and would not have booked if we had known it's not one large suite. Also, there was no hot water, and we had to call the maintenance number - they told us that we need to run the water for 5-10 minutes before it gets hot. Very wasteful, and also inconvenient when you want to take a quick shower. Finally, the water pressure to the in-bedroom tub was extremely low. It was little more than a trickle, and would've taken over a half hour to fill the tub, so we were disappointed we couldn't use it. Overall, the rooms were both nice and comfortable, with great views. But felt deceived with the misleading description, and not what we were looking forward to.

Nice big room- the kitchen was a bonus and the bathroom is beautiful with a dual shower and jetted tub. Very comfortable bed and great TVs. We were disappointed in the limit of toilet paper and towels for someone staying 10 days. They seem to give you the same amount as someone staying just a few days. We did get sick from the mold/mildew in the room. On day three we had to call someone to handle it, and they were very helpful, unclogging the shower drain which was a main source of the problem. We could tell the room had sat uncleaned for awhile, but it wasn’t bad enough to fuss about. Dust had just settled where maybe the room had been unoccupied. The restaurants overall are amazing! We visit Vegas yearly and usually eat at the AYCE buffet, but this year, we had a terrible service experience with rude staff. Also, one bartender was passive aggressive with our friend who bought a round of drinks- left the alcohol completely out of his drink and ignored him, but when we complained at another bar in the casino, they made it right and gave a complimentary drink. Scotch 80 Prime is an absolute must for anyone wanting a fine dining experience. Best filet I’ve ever had and amazing service. Everything about it is exquisite. The Laguna Pool house restaurant and room service are great, as well! Security and front desk are friendly & helpful. The private owner room just needed a little more love and care- the headboard and footboard of the bed were peeling away but overall nice

Very disappointed.

I have been staying at the property for over 3 years several time. Was ok. This time room floors were dirty. Bath trashcan with trash. A lot of lights not working. Bad maintenance. My room was for 6 people. Had only 2 towels & when I asked for 3 more they brought & charge me for it $5 each. That’s really disappointing. Front desk people have big attitude. Same time last time I stayed. Over all very disappointed. Will never go back again to palms place.

I usually go to the MGM signature, this was my first time staying at the palms, one of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed at, awesome amenities, my host did a fantastic job but I will probably never stay at this property again, the front desk, people, and the people standing outside of the elevator are very disrespectful, make you feel like you’re not welcome there like you don’t deserve to be there, there is no parking for people that have a room there at least they said they didn’t so you have to put park in the public parking of the casino MGM signature offers complementary valet to their guests while there property is also gated so you feel a little bit more secure but those are just knitty picky things but I will not be coming back because of the customer service.
