Awesome stay!

We booked this hotel because of its 9 star rating on hotels.com. We didnt stay on the strip because we were only going to be here 1 night. However, once we arrived, we were really impressed. They had free valet. The check in process was also very quick. The hotel was beautiful on the inside and made you feel like you were outdoors. We were very impressed by everything the hotel offered. Although we didnt have time to explore the entire hotel, we would definitely stay here again in the future. It also wasnt far from Fremont St. Better choice than staying on the strip!

Sam's Town has always been a good thing, very clean, well staffed and now the price is lower. If you don't mind off strip hotels this is becoming very attractive.

Hidden gem!

sam’s Club staff always goes out of their way to be helpful and go the extra mile. They have several different restaurants available at all ranges of cost. Each room has a refrigerator which is nice and the gorgeous Arboretum has a laser light show several times each day, which is beautiful. Everything is shiny and clean and works well.

Went to this hotel with my kids and it was a nice ambience and such. The rainforest area in the middle of the hotel is a vibe and all. After a long ass drive from Cali to there we got our room and it was literally not clean and I guess nobody was on that floor to clean it because other visitors had the same issue not once but twice. They did give us another room on annother floor and although I was a bit nervous that the same thing would happen to me as the other person it was quite fine and the rest of our stay was good.
