I am extremely disappointed with both the front desk staff and housekeeping at this hotel. When I left, I accidentally forgot my designer perfume and cosmetics in the room. I called the front desk to inquire about them, but the staff was rude and unhelpful. They claimed they didn’t see the items and were very impatient with me, which was incredibly frustrating and upsetting. This lack of professionalism and courtesy has left me very disappointed with my stay.

Sam’s Town is one of a handful of casinos left that are historic yet are well kept and definitely on a go-to list of mine!! Never disappointed when I stay here!!!

Very nice staff, but the smell of cigarettes.....

Even though the rooms are non-smoking, the smoke from the casino permeates through the hallways and rooms. If you don't like the smell of cigarettes....beware.

Unique Stay- Family and Adult Friendly

I really loved my stay here! The lobby area is so neat and all the rooms overlook the town center. Plenty of things to do if you are bringing children with as well.
