The elevators where all down except for two for two days of our stay leading to long waits to get to your room. Bell services gave poor/incorrect information both times we asked for assistance.

2nd day my water was turned off from 2 pm till i left around 330pm. It was on when i returned around 7pm but the hot water did not return till 6am next morning jr suite was absolute garbage too, no bathroom they had weird sliding glass door closets for shower and toilet i hated it never again
