Everything about the hotel was fine, but Hotels.com never sent the bar code to use the kiosk. Then at the check-in desk they didnt have the reservation. I showed the front desk the 2 e-mails from Hotels.com, but there was no confirmation number in them. Then all of a sudden it appeared on his screen! Crazy!

It was oversold and I was moved from one tower to the other with 2 nights resort fee credit back promised. However, it was still charged with resort fees when checked out. Luckily, I knew this was going to happen, saved the manager’s business card and had the issue resolved. No credibility for anything they say.
