Terrible experience at The Oasis. First off, the check-in process was unbelievably slow, and the staff had an attitude like we were bothering them just by being there. To make it worse, the shower in the room didn’t even work. After a long day, the last thing you want is to deal with rude service and a broken shower. Definitely won’t be coming back.
