The rooms at the Luxor are fair. Nothing fancy but clean and beds are comfortable. The lighting in the room is atrocious. I wish hotels would think about women getting ready for the day and include mirrors with good lighting and more than one outlet by a mirror so that two people can get ready at the same time.

Nicole checked us in and was an absolute charm. She was pleasant and very helpful. We appreciated her patience because it was our very first experience to Las Vegas. Her help was a plus. The room , elevator and the overall condition of the place was not very appealing and felt a bit scary. From elevator malfunctions to poor pluming issues it was a poor experience and felt I should have done more reviews and should have found a more modern hotel.

Luxor is a majestic stay, the in-house attractions and decor are astounding. However the hallways looking down to the foodcourt and attractions smell like fast food. A vent or something would really be helpful to maintain a neutral or pleasant scent. Th elevators ne4d to be upgraded as the vinyl is peeling on some of them, and the walls are scratched. One of them is particularly shakey and one patron remarked how he was stuck in one for 20 minutes.
