HORRIBLE NOT AS ADVERTISED!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The room looked nothing like the pictures in the listing. It was dirty with black grime on the furniture and walls. Don’t be fooled by the pictures of the Bellagio fountains. You will not get this view. Instead your view will be of a concrete wall with loud vents blow exhaust 24 hours. The carpet is old and dirty with giant holes in every room. The front door to the room had a 1.5 inch gap at the bottom. All the wood furniture was thrashed with huge scratches and chunks of wood missing. The property also looked nothing like the photos in the listing. Dirty and gross, not welcoming at all. We had to go outside and walk down a dark alley just to get to the elevators that went to our room which felt dangerous and gross. It was so bad we ended up checking out immediately because it was too gross and dirty. The person at the front desk told us they couldn’t change our room without us contacting Travelocity. As soon as we left we contacted Travelocity and they did not give us any refund even though we did not even stay in the room. HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN LAS VEGAS!!!

Great for families!

We enjoyed our stay at the Jockey Club! The unit we stayed in had 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a living room and kitchen. We liked that it was close to the attractions but still had its own entrance and we didn’t have to go through the casino if we didn’t want to. We traveled with kids and they loved the space. We had a view of the Bellagio, Eiffel Tower/Paris. It is great for families!

Amazing location, 100 yards off the strip. No resort fees and free WiFi in the apartment. Receptionist very pleasant and helpful as is the security guys. Housekeeping comes in daily and clean towels are a given. Perfectly located between the Bellagio and the cosmopolitan. Best to use the Cosmopolitan arrival entrance for non stop taxis, again only about 100 yards from the Jockey club entrance. Use of swimming pool included in the price and entry to the Cosmopolitan casino from the Jockey club’s lift.

This is an incredible place to stay while you are in Las Vegas. Best prices and located directly in city center on the strip. Priced much lower than the adjacent hotels and are complete suites with full kitchens and all the other amenities.

Jockey Club has a great location and friendly staff. It's not fancy, but it has a full kitchen with dishes and silverware. Needs a better workout room.

About 3/4 of the Jockey Club condos are time shares and about 1/4 are still individually owned, so I don't know if I stayed in a time share unit or one of the independently owned units. The condo was a good size, with big bedroom and sizable living room. Much quiter than the strip hotel I stayed in the previous week. Indoor hot tub was nice. The furnishings in the unit were dated and could use some updating. Carpet was torn in a few places and bubbling so it should be replaced. Walk-in tiled shower was large. Overall, good value for the cost.

Horrible check in experience room was supposed to be ready at 4:00 PM 450 came around and the room still was not ready argued with the front desk who then said they could get us a room, but they would have to come in and do maintenance on the room while we were in there. Refused maintenance as I was already irritated after waiting for so long with three screaming kids in the lobby waiting for a room. Reached out to Expedia regarding my check-in service and they refused any type of compensation or resolution stating it was only 50 minutes past check-in.

Was really impressed with the jockey club. The location is good with it being connected to the Cosmopolitan with its own elevator. Check in staff were friendly and process was quick and easy Free WiFi was adequate The kitchen was really good with a kettle and toaster and being from the UK having a kettle was a godsend for my cups of tea in the morning. I must say the beds were probably the most comfortable I have had in a las Vegas property. We had a total of 3 televisions in the suite and this was very handy. If I had one criticism it would been the lack of a safe in our room , this was over come by using the lockable suitcases I had Also the furniture was a little outdated but this was no real problem for me. All in all I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to my friends and family

Bad front desk service !

Very bad front desk customer service, wouldn’t allowed me to checking to my room at 4pm, i had to get back in line every time to check if it was ready. I was able to check in until 4:50pm.. very rude front desk all the people there. They wont give you any info..
