Pungent Urine smell!

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. When we opened the door To the first room we were assigned the strong smell of urine was so horrible that my wife dry heaved and almost threw up 3 times. We were able to get another room at this hotel because every other hotel had no availability. While it did not stink Like the prior room, the bed, chairs, carpets were all filthy as well as the bath tub. We asked for new bedsheets and were told they did not have any new ones and gave us a few towels that they could find in some cabinets. We put those down across the beds and floor to allow us to stay the night. Never again will I stay here. We asked for a refund and were instructed to contact Hotels.com. Please refund me the money that I wasted on this hotel. Thank you.

Nice staff and service. The hotel is old and it's showing - needs a serious facelift. The shower was not a pleasant experience. It's cheap, so I guess that is where the value is.

Pictures online are very misleading. Rug were atrocious . Bugs in the light fixtures and above the tub. No blankets, only paper sheets. Literally felt like printing paper. TV did not work. Can hear full convos in the next door hotel room. We got this hotel literally just to sleep in cause our plane came in late. I’d rather sleep in a car than this. $112 for a night after taxes.

The beds were clean and comfortable. We had an easy check in and out. Parking was plenty. The carpet needed a deep shampoo, but that was our only issue. It was a great inexpensive option to be able to rest for our adventures.

Pretty gross room

We were greeted by very welcoming employees who were nice and just wanted to make sure we had a nice time. Unfortunately the room didnt match. The bathroom floor was destroyed and coming up from the edges from water damage and the toilet seemed to have a small active link. Stains in the walls and a dirty shower curtain and unknown hair attached to the light in the shower.

They had several rooms that they were remodeling but our room was not one! I am pregnant and have a toddler and our room smelled like an ash tray there were cigarette burns all over the tub and sink. The tub did not look clean at all. The floors were filthy they looked like they had not been mopped in months. We did not end up staying.

Police arrived looking for a person of interest they suspected of staying near the hotel as we were checking in. They circled the lot for about 15 minutes. We were in town for a Grateful Dead concert. The room smelled more strongly of weed than the concert. Bathroom was very, very dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. We were in need of a cheap room near the airport for a few hours before our early morning flight. This accomplished that. Deadbolt worked and door locked. If you are *not* in need of a cheap room near the airport, or plan to stay for more than a few hours, I would reconsider.

They should tear THIS down to build the A’s parking lot. Absolutely disgusting. First attempt at a room the door handle wouldn’t work. Second attempt at a room the toilet flooded anytime it was flushed. Not leaked, flooded. The shower flooded from the tub onto the bathroom floor as well. The flooring was already destroyed from previous water damage. Restroom smelled like urine when we walked into it when it was “clean.” Walkways are completely uneven and not safe, they aren’t level near ledges. Just don’t. Spend a little more somewhere else, you’ll be much happier that you did. Absolutely disgusting.

Hope i dont get bed bugs

Bathtub us dirty. Floor around tub is lifting up. Carpet is dirty as seen on my white socks. Parking lot not well maintained. No hangers. Not at all as pictured on listing. Whole place needs speucing up. Motel 6 just 2 doors down is FAR better.

I just checked out today, the room was very affordable, overall clean look, clean towels , but there was no pillows, the floor was dirty definitely wear Sandals, the bathroom floor was dirty to, the shower was alright , had hot water and good shower head , toiled worked, no microwave not even in the office. No iron, blow dryer worked, body soap was not good, the heater worked perfect but needs to be cleaned . But overall for the price I would go back
