I booked our room without realizing i had booked for room at check in so we got a room with parking lot view! My husband asked if we could get a better view room and the only thing available was the handicapped but we took it anyways which was fine but the bathroom had a really bad smell and the toilet looked dirty but we appreciated the fact that we didn’t have a parking lot view! We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary

Excellent staff, service, rooms, amenities, and restaurants! An overall great experience. The only (very minor) things are that the room TVs could be a bit larger for viewing, a ln overhead fan should be in the bathroom (although the bathroom was so large it didn't make too much of a difference) and full length mirrors in the rooms. I heard they were starting renovations very soon, and all of those things were going to be updated, so I look forward to more stays in the future at this hotel 😊.

If it wasn’t for the un-communicated renovation work I would have given 5 stars because the staff was outstanding. They should NEVER have rented the rooms near the work OR they should have informed guests of the noise prior to reservation or check-in so other arrangements could be made. It was LOUD! The hotel gave. $100 discount and removed hotel fees which was appreciated but the bottom line is we stayed at their “resort” for rest and relaxation and that is NOT what we got.

We liked the food options, the pool is beautiful but way too cold. The jacuzzi is not that hot either. Great food and bar at the pool and the loungers are nice. The room is big and nice quality beds and big bathroom. Will definitely stay again.
