Our stay was worth every cent. So family oriented, beautiful, and spacious. No one bothered us. If we needed anything, there was a staff member near. The pool and jacuzzi is perfect for the summer and Grandview has multiple pools and jacuzzis. South Point Casinos is literally minutes away with great options of affordable restaurants and activities to do with the family. Majority of our time in Las Vegas surrounded Grandview and South Point because of the convenience and options.

The property is very nice. But the staff keep coming in the room with out saying anything that there are there. I was very uncomfortable and my husband was very upset. And for them not to even apologize or comfort us is just crazy.

When we arrived, we had a 1.5-hour wait at your check-in line after driving 4 hours from Los Angeles. I was disappointed to find my room smelled like sewage, which was coming from the restroom area. So I can't say we had a nice stay. I will be writing your corporate office to put in a formal complaint

Only complaint is check in was a complete mess waited in line for two hours to get checked in even after doing an online check in process. I was told they are working to improve the check in process so I look forward to staying there again in the future. Room was beautiful and very clean.

I didn’t even get to stay at the property!!!! I stood in line for 3 hrs waiting to get the room key, that after checking in online hours prior was told to just come to the counter at get upon arrival, was not unavailable. Was told their statement were down. 7 people within the 3 hr time period yelled about being assigned “already occupied rooms”. Upon getting to the desk I was told that not only did the have my money but they had no rooms for me but they put me at their “beautiful sister property” (The Cliff’s ) which was not a resort and not that beautiful. IT’S AN APARTMENT!!!! Didn’t have the same amenities and the lady who checked us in made us wait to check other guest in because “she had started working on theirs earlier” even though I said no because I was already there and she was in the middle of helping me out she still helped them out! Like I didn’t say anything. I called gradview and asked to speak to a manager after finally being checked in and guess what….STILL WAITING FOR A MANAGER TO CALL ME AND ITS TUESDAY, I checked in Friday(basically Saturday cause it was after 6am by the time I got my key). Will NEVER GO BACK!!! EVER!!!

My stay was #Fabulous. Once we got thru the super loooong check in line *Whewww Chyle* it was an experience. Anywho, once I got to the desk, it was all gravy from there. There are 9 buildings with varying names and Bldg 9 was my namesake #IRIS *Cheesin* I was too stoked. I asked if I could get a room in that Bldg, and the beautiful young lady was so sweet to accommodate me. Totally appreciate. We loved the room, so spacious, so comfy, just like being home and we sure did make ourself at home preparing our own food and brought our own drinks as well. Didn't have to leave to go eat out at all. It was fantastic. I sure am planning on staying there again with my sister and grandbabies cause I didn't get a chance to explore the property and dip into a couple of the pools. So thats on the agenda for sure on the next visit. Conveniently located directly across a short walkway from #SouthPointe. Who needs to drive to the strip and deal with that wknd traffic? Most Def, Not us. Love it Love it!!

Overall the stay was pretty good. There were a few things that should be addressed though. I feel like the suites ahould be cleaned a little more throughly. There was makeup on the door frame of the bathroom and on the hair dryer from the previous guest/guests. It looked like dark foundation. Also, there was hair stuck to the wall in the bathroom shower, it was purple. In addition to this, there was hair on a couple of plates I pulled out of the cuboard. Kind of odd. I'm not going to lie, this really grossed me out. Lastly, the dishwasher didn't work. Not a huge deal but disapointing. Other then these things, everything was good. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet.

My mother’s room had a very bad smell obviously was not cleaned properly. Long check in line. On a busy Saturday night not enough parking spots! No shuttle to strip!
