Very busy weekend. Parking was overflowing and hard to find. Had to park out off the property on the street because it was too full. Also the elevator situation was horrible. Any time during the day was approx a 10 min wait but at checkout time Waiting 20+ minutes to try and get into one was horrible. They also had their workers starting at checkout time and using the same 2 elevators as the guests to get to their floors to work making the times even longer. Really really frustrating! Property was clean but people kept propping the outside stair doors open. Not safe. I stay here often and the elevators are the worse part of the property but this stay was bad.

Saw cockroaches in the front entry to my building. There was not enough parking spaces to checkin or when I was returning for the night. They did not clean my room. My vehicle got hit while parked in the parking garage. The pillows were too fat (not goose down or squishable) so I got a sore neck. The lady at the front for the parking was rude. The actual room was a nice set up and bed itself was comfortable.

First of when we arrive we book 2 rooms a and b. The second room wasnt done. The couch was not done all the cabinet doors was open and there was lost and found left at the table. We ask for housekeeping but it took forever for them to come. Elevator broke down so we had to use the stairs. No housekeeping service if i stay less than 9 days. We love the pool coz it wasnt crowded but its because the water is ice cold. Other than this the location is good. Hotel is somewhat nice coz it has everything u need for a longer stay but the bed was so hard for us . Pros : free parking free shuttle to walmart everyday
