There were ants in both of the units we were in. We called the front desk to get it taken care of but a few hours later they were back. TBH the building I was in (Sage) is a bit out dated and run down. Needs upkeep.

A few minor problems one main problem. The toilet valve broke. I came back to my room after dinner and there was water everywhere! I called 3 times and they kept telling me someone was coming up. No one came, finally at 12:15 AM I called AGAIN! They said they would schedule someone to come up at 8am. No one came! I called about an hour later. They finally sent someone up to fix it. It took awhile as I missed my mid morning appointment. I didn’t shower because the floor needed to be cleaned and we were out of towels. Then it was another story trying to get someone to just clean our bathroom. The worst part is we were supposed to check out the day before but decided to extend our stay. What a Waste. The hotel would be a good value if we hadn’t run into that. Bottom line service was REALLY bad. You don’t leave a water leak ongoing.
