Horrible hotel

It was a very old and dirty hotel. The bathroom was clean but the drain in the sink was plugged up. The gym was a joke. Two of three treadmills did not work and the one that did was as old as the hotel. The “gym” room was smaller than a studio room. And it was filthy with many dead bug carcasses etc. I would never stay there again.

It was great value for money! Only a mile from the strip, surrounded by many good restaurants, within view of the Sphere and the High Roller! Would definitely book a room again.

Front check receptionists was very friendly and helpful. Two issues were remote to tv was inoperable and maintenance came by to address some water leak. I was in room 228.

Suite I was in, I don't know when it was cleaned last time. We were walking bear feet and could see black color at our feet. So filthy. One of the kitchen cabinet was broken completely. AC unit was working but it's parts we're hanging. One of the chair had peeled off leather. Stove top was working fine. We could see many trespassers in the hotel parking area. Definitely not safe location for family with kids.

The room had the basic necessities of a hotel room but was so dirty that I felt uncomfortable to do anything including taking a shower. Spend a bit extra and actually enjoy your stay.

They have a good front desk staff but housekeeping is awful. I told a manager that the housekeeping department (manager) is going to kill this hotel. What started out as a good value immediately turned to a feeling of “we paid too much”.

Pros: It is centrally located and away from the strip. Kitchen was useful for cooking. Room was spacious and had ample work station. Perfect for people working remote. Cons: Bathroom is outdated, so much wear and tear especially the toilet. It needs to be replaced. There was so much noise and excessive dust from a construction next door.

We were charged $30 for early check in which was fine but our room had a kitchen leak held by gray tape and an unusable stove that maintenance never fixed for our four day stay. Parking was $10/ night and the kitchen pots/appliances were told to me not out yet. Front desk was very hit and miss plus they nickle and dime everything! Proximity to our venue was the only plus. We usually like Sonesta but this property needs a major uplift inside.

Nice little suite.

Really liked the accommodations. It was nice having a separate room from my kid. The suite was clean and well organized. It was quiet and a nice change from being on the Las Vegas strip.
