Fabulous sized room , very clean . Shame there’s not complimentary tea or coffee making facilities in the room or free water( unless you went to the concierge’s desk ) and the bottles were tiny . When playing the slots no one ever came around to offer you a drink ( which did happen in other hotels ) The displays downstairs were outstanding, absolutely stunning . Staff were friendly and polite, specially the cleaning staff .

SHAPE UP!!!

I was really disappointed with the lack of grab bars and other handicapped amenities in the room. Your excuse was that I had not specifically asked for a handicapped accessible room! So I was forced to contend with trying to balance myself in the shower using a chair and praying that I wouldn’t slip and fall. I’ve stayed in other hotels where grab bars are installed in standard rooms. Why can’t you? Also, the phone didn’t work, so we couldn’t call down to get our luggage delivered. We had to walk downstairs out to the bell desk to physically get them to send our luggage up. We pay so much money only to be treated like crap! In two words, Bellagio, SHAPE UP!!!
