Room was clean enough, bed was comfortable, the pillows sucked, great view from our room. The Horseshoe was a convenient location to The Strip and Monorail. I was disappointed that my room did not have a coffee pot, I was told there was when I booked. They did not care.

We had issues getting into our rooms when we first arrived since the keys didn’t work. The front desk staff was very helpful and helped us get new key cards. However, when we walked into our room there was already a used water bottle in the middle of the room; it was late and we were tired so we just threw it away. But then when we got into bed, there were red stains on the blanket and a piece of candy/gummy in the sheets. We had to call for them to come give us new sheets and blankets. Overall staff was helpful but cleanliness could be worked on.

Very convenient location mid strip. Plenty of food and bar options around. Monorail stops here which is super convenient. Carpets stained in hallways, casino smells of cigarette smoke and a Febreeze like smell. Burned my nose. Not a huge casino, not a lot of penny slots. Needs some TLC. Room looked good and clean, comfy bed, housekeeping efficient. Had one maintenance issue with the room AC that was taken care of quickly. I’d stay again, but wish they would do something about the smell in the lobby. Cigarette smoke alone is better than whatever they are trying to cover it with.

The room was ok, but the bathroom needed some repair. There was a hole in the shower, the toilet had a crack down the base and the cabinet had quite a bit of damage. I did however like the location on the strip and how close it was to so many places to eat.
