Along with 14 restaurants, this resort has 3 outdoor pools and a full-service spa. Additionally, a casino, a nightclub, and 11 bars/lounges are onsite.
ARIA Resort & Casino offers 4002 accommodations with minibars and laptop-compatible safes. Beds feature premium bedding. 42-inch LCD televisions come with premium digital channels and pay movies. Expectations were not super high, because I assumed Aria would be top notch. I was wrong. As a local, I saw a good deal on hotels.com and thought I would be a tourist for the night. At first, I thought the hotel check-in via phone was a good option. I realized it’s just one less way that casinos are offering real service. Upon getting to the room, we dropped our bag and headed out. By the time we got back to get ready for showers and bed, we noticed that the curtain was off the track so we couldn’t close the curtains all the way. It wasn’t a huge inconvenience, but it’s also just another “service” factor that is missing. I’m sure the curtain has been off for a while because a ladder would needed to manually place curtain back onto the track. We also noticed that the bottom portion of the bed was broken, probably from someone running their luggage into it. Lastly, there were stains all over the bathroom floor. It was in the shower so we didn’t notice it at first then we saw it all over the bathroom floor. I think it was a hair dye or something that had caused the floor to permanently be stained.Upon bringing it to the hotels attention the next day they offered a credit in the form of a food voucher. Upon looking at the food voucher, it was only good at a handful of places and most of the quick service restaurants, were not eligible and you could only get 2 coffees max with the voucher at SBux (with a $50 voucher). We didn’t use and just went home.

We didn’t receive additional perks in the room we had. Only complaint we went and got pizza near the sports book. The lady behind the counter told us we could go ahead and order “where you order take out”, even though she knew we were going to sit inside. We were sitting at a table and my husband brought the pizza to our table. Within 3 minutes, we were told we had to leave because we ordered our food at the take out line. We were made to leave and stand outside to eat our food! The gentleman then followed us after we threw our plates away and said he was sorry, it was just ‘policy’. He then offered us a ‘free bottle of water’ for the issue. To me, this is unacceptable and not to mention very embarrassing to happen in front of other people. This will be our last stay at the Aria. We were made to feel very unwanted and uncomfortable.
