Perfect location in central area of Seville , staff were wonderful and exceptionally helpful. Accommodation had all the amenities needed and was lovely and perfect for a stay . Will definitely use again.

The Bad - the whole street is being dug up - it smells of drains and, on occasion, sewage - our party was split between the two hotel locations - there is no direct access between the two buildings - the rooms on the ground floor in both locations smell of drains - we were given rooms on the ground floor - the same day laundry service took over 24h - we were charged for another person’s drinks at the rooftop bar - the WiFi was down for two days and, due to the configuration of the rooms, you couldn’t get a data signal in them - the lift in the second building was not working on arrival and we were allocated a room on the 3rd floor The Good - Daniel (reception) and Juan Jose (bar) were excellent - when we raised the concerns around the smell in the ground floor rooms, Daniel showed us two other rooms, managed the booking accordingly, and allowed us to switch - the delayed laundry was comped - the incorrect bar bill was rectified - the location is pretty good - the rooftop bar (and pool) was a nice place to relax and catch some afternoon sun

Beautiful apartment, in a perfect location with a short walk to local attractions, restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We enjoyed the large roof terrace and the pool was very much needed after a day wandering in the heat! We never felt on top of the other guests and managed to get the roof terrace to ourselves most times we were up there relaxing. Olga, the host, was incredibly helpful and charming and gave excellent restaurant recommendations (where the locals eat, rather that tourist hotspots). Would definitely go back and will recommend to friends and family who visit beautiful Seville.
