Everything about this hotel is amazing! We got there right at 3 and our room wasn’t ready but they switched us rooms and it was so nice. There was a dirty sock on the smoke alarm when we arrived but talking with the front desk, they told us there is a bright light on it so that’s why it was there from previous guests. But everyone is extremely friendly and it’s a beautiful room!

The best hotel I have ever stayed at.

This hotel was immaculate and the staff was very friendly and helped out whenever needed. From check in to check out we were always greeted with a friendly hello. The staff was always sprucing the place up throughout the day including the manager who could be seen out and about lending a hand.

We had two rooms for two nights. I spoke in person to front desk, requesting tidy up service for both rooms and refill of empty body wash for one. Neither request was completed. Upon checking out I voiced my displeasure. The person on duty at checkout the morning of 8/16/25 was very rude and dismissive. She is a very poor representative of the Marirott.

If you have ANY mobility issues, you should ask for a handicap room. I asked daily if there was a chance that i could be switched. Each time the staff would tell me they would look into it, but later were found laughing or playing on their phone.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite for a week. Housekeeping came in only once to replace towels; no other services were completed. Trash was not removed, even when we set it outside of door it sat for hours or overnight. Hotel is on a very busy and noisy street. Breakfast was okay, better options at Starbucks across the street. Staff was always friendly and the hotel was very clean. Pool area was nice (very slippery though and toddlers fell often). Overall a decent place to stay but we have stayed in better accommodations in Eastwood Towne Center.
