The room and property as a whole is very run down. Immediately upon entering our room it had a musty smell. As we settled in we noticed that the room was gross. Stains on the back of the door, kitchen area was not good and the hood fan above the stove was filthy. The bathroom was ok but not great as the shower had some mildew. The carpet had to be a decade or two old and The screen on the patio door was torn out around the bottom so keeping it open to air out the room would have let in all the bugs. Then when we went to go to bed, the one bed in the loft area that was under the AC unit was damp. We called the front desk and all they said was we could come get new bedding and change it ourselves, which we did. We then leaned in the morning that the reason the bed was damp was because the AC unit was dripping on the bed and my son while he slept in it. All this and the rate for the night was over $500 because the stampede is going on in Calgary which meant nothing to us as we were just passing through on our way home to Medicine Hat from a BC vacation. To charge $500 for this dump is criminal!!!!!! 0 out of 10 and the worst place we have ever stayed in Canmore.

Beautiful views, amazing spa experience, comfortable, incredibly kind and helpful staff. Forget the fancy hotels in banff... this place is the way to go.

overall a good hotel at a very good location. Good value for money. The hotel can get 10/10 score if they work on the improvements listed below. What's good about the hotel - Walking distance to most of the restaurants and shops. - Good view from the room. Rooms are spacious enough - Comfortable beds and pillows - Good shower (water temperature/pressure) Needs improvement - Cleanliness in the room. Found few hair on the bed and a sock. They quickly cleaned up after I informed the front desk - The restaurant in the lobby may not be open everyday making it difficult to plan - The breakfast discount was not much. Breakfast was expensive in the next hotel and was not a great value for the money - The hotel doesn't have laundry option - No extra bedding was provided

Other than the Air Conditioner did not work at all, it was a great place to stay.

I don’t think it’s worth the money i paid for 3 nights, first we check in as family of 5, but we gave us only 3 towels, the bathroom sink is leaking, the key card is not working the 3rd day. It’s just not worth it and very disappointed.😔

The room was so much nicer than I expected! Wish we were staying longer. All rooms on one side of the hotel look out onto the hot tub which is a bit weird when you are in it and people are looking down on you. The bed was fantastic. The room was large and had a fireplace. Easy walk to Beamer's coffee shop and other shops. It was a great stay.

Great hotel with super friendly staff and the hot Spring pool looks like it's in a cave with a waterfall. It has other great amenities too like parking and washing machine and dryer for clothes I would highly recommend checking this place out.
