Was a easy check in and the staff fixed the room after the first on had no cooling. Room was ok but nothing special like i thought i was getting from online. Bathroom shower wall was peeling at the top and no fire detector. Very disappointed that my husband couldn't use his CPAP machine because no plug near his bed. Tv didnt work.

This property is steadily declining, renovations stopped a few years ago, room smelled like dirt, bought myself new pillows as they smelled, broken toilet roll holders, thin small towels, dirty carpets, in the room and hallways, dirty linens left in the hallways overnight by housekeepers, . Landscaping has not been done in some time. Outside foliage:trees are dead patio furniture on the balcony and around the pool worn and or broken. Based on location could be a really nice hotel with some work, stayed many times in the past, not sure I will return.

Will not stay here again

Room was not clean, hair and debris on the floor. Towels are thin and old. No maid service on day 3 bc it was a weekend. Walls are paper thin. Window blinds didn’t work. Hot water was hit and miss. We were in a “remodeled” 2nd floor room; but it showed few signs of any kind of upgrade. Felt like a jail cell. Gray and bare. Great location to London Bridge area.

Paid a VERY reasonably mid-week rate, $67/night, for a specifically requested room, four nights, Monday through Thursday. The rate reflected on-going renovations on the property that might impact your stay. I had NO negative issues with my stay. With summer approaching rapidly, the room rates will likely cease, if they haven't already. Front desk, Carrie, was helpful and friendly. ALL staff that I encountered were pleasant, helpful and friendly. Very convenient for anything on the island; the London Bridge, restaurants and shops, the dog park, the London Bridge Channel, beaches and park.

Our reservation stated deluxe 2 queen bed room. Our room was severely outdated and old, with bad mattresses, wrinkled bed linens , and a dirty shower/ tub. The entire room/ bathroom needs remodeling.
