The rooms were large and tidy, although they had a bit of a musty odor. The bathrooms included shower gel and conditioner, but I was disappointed that there was no liquid hand soap available. I really don't understand why comfort would still provide bar soap for hand washing. The lotion they offered had an odd scent, which I didn't appreciate at all; it felt like low-quality products. The breakfast was decent, I would say it was reasonable for the cost. The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Best Hotel in Lake George

We love this hotel. When we come to Lake George we always stay here. Management is wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Rooms are always clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast has a nice variety of choices. Love this place.

Overall the hotel is nice. However, the accessible room was a disappointment. Im a wheelchair user. The bed was so high i couldn't get on it. I tried the sofa sleeper but the mattress was so worn that it was only springs on a metal frame. The toilet was so low i needed help to get up. Whoever thought a grab bar BEHIND the toilet was useful? We checked out a day early of our 3 day stay.

We’ve stayed here a number of times over the past several years attending various events in the area..Have always found it to be clean and quiet. Everything always works as it should. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Cost is not unreasonable for the area. We have no reason to look elsewhere..

We had a pleasant experience, and the receptionists and staff were very kind. Everything was thorough in the instructions they gave at check-in. Check-in process was easy and fast, and we did not have to wait long to get extra towels or bed linens. The area was pretty quiet, and it was very close to Lake George Village and Million Dollar Beach, as well as many dining options. There are mini-golf and bowling places within walking distance. Breakfast was provided at the lobby from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM, which was sufficient and convenient. They also had 24/7 coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available at the lobby. There was an outdoor pool as well as an indoor pool and a jacuzzi. No complaints. I do wish check-in times could be earlier than 3:00 PM, check-out time is 11:00 AM which is fine.
