Lake Cormorant Vacation Packages

This place is a dump. WE FOUND A BULLET IN THE PARKING LOT, the facilities are totally run down and they allow the homeless to use the facilities. The hotel seems to have started some kind construction that has not been continues. Pool closed. Breakfast food has been reheated several times. We are in the process of reaching out to authorities to have the place inspected. Front desk guy very understanding but management is totally unresponsive. ****AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!***

The Hotel Pontotoc was perfect. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. I will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Very spacious bigger than most apartments, which is a plus especially with 2 young children. Great location and decent part of town. This will be my place to stay every time when coming to Memphis.

Clean room, quiet building, yummy simple breakfast, 24/7 coffee, and the staff were very kind and gracious. My husband and I chose this location because we wanted to be in a quiet part of Memphis, but still close enough to see the Blues/Beale St area. It didn't disappoint! Literally the only problem was that once we got settled in, we notice the door lock wouldn't engage. We piled furniture and luggage in front of it and went to sleep. We decided to just let them know in the morning when we checked out. This was a personal choice, we were exhausted. I recommend asking for another room if this happens to you! I accidentally left behind some personal property, and they called me immediately. They went above and beyond to help me get my property back, I'm never going to forget!

The room could have been cleaner and extremely small television for such a large room.

The apartment was clean and enough space to accommodate everyone. It was difficult to get in touch with the property especially on the weekends. We requested additional covers which we never received. There were only two rolls of toliet tissue in each bathroom and I was there for 4 nights/5 days. The beds could be more comfortable but overall it was a great stay.

Well, first of all, we did not get the room that we thought we had booked. We had asked for a junior suite. Instead, we were given an average size room on the main floor. We had hoped for more space. What the room did have was a shower that could accommodate my handicap, and that was a plus.
