Our stay was great...all but the cold pool. Kids froze. Should maybe think about heating it. We enjoyed our weekend and the employees were so kind and helpful!!!

This was a last minute booking for us but overall, a good find for the price. Breakfast was your typical continental with some eggs and sausage that I’m pretty sure were microwaved. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. The hotel location was perfect…right across from Lake Charles and a gorgeous park next to the water. I’d recommend just for the location! Front desk attendants were friendly and knowledgeable.

The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. What truly stood out was the excellent service — Andre was incredibly accommodating, and his hospitality made me feel right at home. His attention to detail and warm demeanor elevated my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lake Charles!

This room is not what I expected is very quiet clean friendly and this room is awesome it's huge this is the best room I've ever stayed in right on the water event area.would stay here again beds are comfortable as well.I love this area Lots of spy I will brag on you guys to family y friends.Thanks for Friendly family atmosphere.

Elevator was out. Got to the room no towels had to walk back down stairs to lobby to get 2 wash clothes and was told someone would bring the rest to our room which they did. Bar of used soap was left on shower head. Flang on shower head was not connected to wall. Bed creaked with every move. Breakfast was very limited. Front desk had no idea about hotel’s issues (ex elevator being out, no phones in room). Tv was horrible. Tv remotes were confusing. Had 2 separate remotes. One for the tv and another for the cable. Floor was majorly uneven. No room in bathroom area. Literally just enough room to turn around in

The room was very roomy and clean. The smell of bleach was slightly overwhelming, but not awful. It was nice. Staff was friendly. Check-in was quick and easy.
