Always a wonderful stay

Nice, clean hotel. Room was just what we needed. Definitely a great stay

Room was not clean. Fridge was gross had not been wiped out, looked like chocolate milk or something spilled in it. Food on the light cover plates, floor not vacuumed, tub not cleaned out. Some areas of the floor hadn't been cleaned in years it looked. Grab the front desk when I went to show pic of fridge and something squished and crumbled in my hand in the underside. Room door jammed when we tried to exit the room. Police were escorting multiple patrons from the hotel in the lobbying carrying garbage bags full of belongings. Not a family friendly place. We left without staying. Tried to call back next day to make sure the $100 incidental charge was off my card and was hung up on twice after long holds. This place is ridiculous. Wish a zero rating was possible.

Room was so clean and comfortable, very peaceful.

The gentleman working the front desk was absolutely amazing and answered my questions no matter how silly it may have been.

Smelly, non smoking room smelled like smoke and air fresheners

The room had such a strong smell.of pinesol it gave us a headache. They came ans replaced towels our first day but didn't bother making the bed and on our second day they didn't even bother replacing towels.

Clean, quiet and the views are great!
