Great place to stay, on one of the best streets in Madrid, a pedestrian area near "Puerta del Sol." "Great" is the word to define this cozy spot. We will surely come back next time we visit Madrid, highly recommended. Thanks, Lorena, great host too!

Everything was excellent, the breakfast was really delicious. The air conditioning wasn’t working.

You are a renting an independent room with your own key in someone’s apartment. It’s kind of an hostel. You have to call when you get there or ring the bell that looks like more like a light switch on the left of the door. I thought for a couple of nights, just to sleep is convenient, great location.

Good location, halfway between two Metro stations. Plenty of places to eat or buy food locally. Despite being on a busy road junction the apartment was quiet.

Well located, clean, very nice staff, comfortable, all we needed for a week family stay.

Very basic property but expensive for the amenities. Very well located. Staff was friendly but at checkout they didn't want to call a taxi for us. Room wasn't quiet, you can hear conversations from next rooms in the middle of the night. I will not stay again there. Many better places around.

Heritage Madrid was the perfect place to stay for my first visit to the city. The location made it easy to explore Salamanca on foot, and I loved being able to walk to so many great restaurants and cafés. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from check in to departure, and they made the hotel feel genuinely welcoming. The architecture and décor are beautiful, with so much character and attention to detail. It feels elegant without being over the top, and coming back each evening was something I genuinely looked forward to.
