When we pulled in, we had to wait for an answer from someone to text us back with room number and code. They have no one on site for help. Then I had to fill out the registration from them, This all could have been done before hand. The room was hot inside and when asked, the rooms do not have air conditioning and when I mentioned the room was 78 degrees, I was responded with- Perfect. There was no outlet in the bathroom area, so couldn't plug in a hair dryer, thank goodness we had a fan to cool the room down and extension cord to use so we could dry our hair. The TV in the bedroom could only be turned on, on the TV as the power button didn't work on the remote. This is certainly one place I would not stay at again, nor would I recommend it

This was our second time staying at Grandview. Great property, good cabins, staff is friendly. Can’t wait to go back and stay again!

This property should not be used until it has updates. The electrical system is very old, plugs won’t stay in, you have to unplug items to not trip a circuit and I felt unsafe. The heating wall gas heating unit did not function and I was very happy to see CO monitors in place. This unit looked like it was from the 40’s. The paint is chipped, there are large chunks of wood missing and an all of the faucets dripped water. This was not the unit I chose at booking but was given to us due to repairs on the original unit. The office, staff and restaurant were outstanding.

Room wasn't ready as it was advertised. Went to check out early (0620) no one in the office and door locked. Room was comfortable and amenities sufficient. Should get an ice container for the room instead of having to use a cooking pot.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was nice and the bathroom was very well stocked.

Quiet, clean, comfortable. Offered bottled water, and cookies at checkin. Shower and hair products were great. Breakfast had a lot of options, was hot, everyone was happy
