Staff was very nice and friendly. Allowed me to park vehicle day of check in early. Only complaint was a dog barking when people were in hallway going to and from there rooms.

Good for Downtown Convenience

I loved the access to downtown LaCrosse. The bed was comfortable and it was pretty clean in general. It is an older building so there is that and we went to breakfast later but before the end time and there was nothing left. It seems as if they should have someone keep up with that.

Didn’t like parking. Had to find parking in street. Parking lot full. I did like breakfast was great. Received snack bag during check in. That was cool. Front desk attendant was kind service with a smile. Acknowledge us each time we came in. He was always cleaning which means he had great deal for cleanliness. Definitely love the price very affordable. I will be come back again

Great stay.

Great stay in a quant town. We had to stay overnight in LaCrosse for a conference and choose this place for a reasonable price for one night. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Comfy bed, no complaints! Well, except for when we got there all the parking spots were used up and we had to park on the street - but it was the weekend and there weren't paid meters like in the cities so it wasn't a problem!

They greeted us with a smile along with a welcome gift back that contained water and snacks. It was a nice touch after a long car ride. Facility was clean. Bed comfortable. Everything that we needed.

Okay stay.

Received a gift bag at check in. Had a granola bar in it that was stale. Body wash dispenser in shower ran out after 1 day. First hotel I’ve stayed in that didn’t have coffee in the lobby for at least 5 years. Location was great, though. Bed was very comfortable.
