We stayed in

The hotel and room were both modern, and beautifully appointed. Staff were friendly with excellent English. The hotel perfectly placed for the main square and, local travel links. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We have just returned for staying at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel and had a great experience. The hotel is perfectly located for staying in Krakow being equidistant between the Old Town, Jewish Quarter and the Ghetto (they are not the same place). The room was spotless, the staff extremely helpful and friendly. It has a good bar and restaurant which a high standard of food. One thing I would recommend is dining their on your first night while you orientate yourself to the city. As a resident you receive a substantial discount and the food is both European and authentic Polish. One small observation was that they staff had muddled the salt (single hole) and pepper (three holes) table cruet sets which while amusing first time was irritating.

Lovely clean hotel and smelt lovely. Our room was comfortable and quiet. It is situated in a great location, a few minutes from castle and 10 minute walk to main square. The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent! I definitely would recommend and will return in the near future.
