Everyone was very kind and concerned about our experience. The hotel is beautiful and located on the edge of the historic area. The rooms are comfortable. They serve an amazing breakfast and tea. When on the first day, restaurant staff learned I was a vegetarian, they went and made special food for me! Then, afterwards they checked in with me to make sure I had a good selection. Quite amazing. A wonderful choice in Penang.

Great location. Everything is just a Grab away. Spectacular ocean views from our room. Outstanding breakfast and staff, thanks Raj. See you when we return to wonderful Penang.

Tolles Hotel. Staff, Essen, Sauberkeit, Pool einfach hervorragend.

Everything was nice and cozy. The hotel was too unique to function. The toilet was cute looking but it wasn't big enough to be comfortable. The sink didn't have a back splash or enough counter space. Still a nice hotel and excellent staff.

Granite Hotel was great SStaff at reception , maintenance staff, pool staff were all v helpful.cant remember name unfortunately John

Location is good close to Gurney Plaza and Paragon Mall. Staff very welcoming right from arrival through to the time to depart. Rooms are well sized and very comfortable. Highly recommended if you are wanting to stay in Penang instead of the beach area at Batu Ferringhi.
