Everyone was very kind and concerned about our experience. The hotel is beautiful and located on the edge of the historic area. The rooms are comfortable. They serve an amazing breakfast and tea. When on the first day, restaurant staff learned I was a vegetarian, they went and made special food for me! Then, afterwards they checked in with me to make sure I had a good selection. Quite amazing. A wonderful choice in Penang.

Very clean room, a bit dark in the bathroom but super clean and helpful staff. The pool and the gym were great. Towels provided at pool. Shuttle in the morning to various breakfast areas. Lots of malls close by.. lol. We went to the pool every night to cool off. Bedrooms were comfortable, great sleep. Staff at reception were super helpful!

Excellent location for visiting Georgetown historic sights - easily walkable. Nice comfortable twin room, modern design. Clean roof top pool with views of harbour. Good choice for breakfast.

Horrible reception staff who screwed up my check in and check out with multiple mistakes and inattentive service and all without regard to my loyalty with the hotel as I have stayed or booked rooms for others there for over 30 days in the last two years. No understanding of or commitment to service quality.
