We chose this apartment for our recent stay in Krakow. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of by the staff. We were greeted with wine and chocolate in the room, breakfast each morning was amazing, and on the last day they even packed breakfast to go for our flight. The apartment was gorgeous and the perfect respite after long sightseeing days. On our final night, we ate in the restaurant and quite possible it was the best meal I've had in years. From the caviar to the deer filet and dessert, every bite was exquisite. A huge thank you to Viktor and Olivia for taking such good care of us. We can't wait to return!

This hotel was really great. The place is well maintained and nicely decorated and set up. The location was close enough to the market square without feeling like it was chaotic. Our stay was lovely and we would definitely book again.

The staff was incredibly helpful and helped me in English. The parking underground was a great benefit to have as Krakow can be a challenge with parking. Comfortable, spacious room with great amenities. Great location for walking around the city, to the gallery, and to old town. Would definitely stay again and next time try the spa!

Property was basic, but decent value for the price. Was not able to get in touch with the host since the Wi-Fi was not working. Sent several messages. Never received a response about this during my entire stay. Overall, it is decent for a cheap price.

If you want a base, somewhere to sleep and freshen up, and very close to the Market square this is the ideal place for you, there are bars, cafes and shops right out your front door, Taxi rank, tram stop a mere 1 minute walk away. If you want 5 star luxury then don't bother.
