This hotel is in a great location. Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They even upgraded our room for my partner (now Fiance's) birthday. Breakfast was lovely too. Highly recommended this hotel and we will definately be back

I have stayed at this place 4/5 times now it great a few minutes walk from the main square tram stops out side 10 minutes from the shopping center and train station. Room are clean staff are friendly and helpful i don’t normally eat the breakfast but it always looks good.

Expedia really saved the day helping to find a good option and book the Hotel. The location of hotel is great, very close to a central part of Krakow, staff is super helpful, very polite. Breakfast is one of the favourite part. Absolutely love it.

The hotel was clean modern & comfortable. Rooms were cleaned every day. We heard no noise from other rooms (we visited Mon-Fri). Breakfast buffet was served 7-10 & had a wide selection of items available. There are tea/coffee making facilities in each room & a water carafe, there is a drinking water point in the hallway. Only English TV channel available was Euronews, We arrived before 11am and were able to store our luggage securely and walk (5-7 minutes) onto the main square. On checking again we were able to leave luggage & make the most of our last day in Krakow.

Good value for money, super location

Great hotel and location, great breakfast. I was here with a school group and the hotel was perfect for our needs. Room was very comfortable with a lovely view of the street. Hotel was very clean and in perfect condition. We ate in the hotel in the evening which wouldn’t recommend and the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. If you don’t want dinner in though it is worth 5 stars!
