Everything was exactly what you'd expect from a quality holiday resort and spa. Our only regret was staying for just one night, which simply wasn't long enough to enjoy the many activities and facilities on offer. This is the kind of place best appreciated over several days, where you can truly switch off, relax, and do absolutely nothing if that's what you need. If you're planning a visit, I'd definitely recommend making it a multi-night stay to get the most out of the experience.

This place is amazing. It has everything you need beach front , multiple pools with slides, good hotel gym and beautiful views. The food is out of this world cooked right in front of you with countless options. By far my favorite place in Greece and I’ve been to Greece 20 times. It’s alittle pricey but worth every penny. Ignored and Disappointed: Poor Communication by Hotel Management When we extended our stay, the hotel staff failed to inform us about a special 50% May discount. Although the manager later compensated us nicely, our experience with the hotel’s loyalty program has been extremely disappointing. Since our stay, we've made multiple attempts to register for the hotel’s loyalty membership. Despite discussing this directly with reception upon checkout (we were promised a follow-up that never came) and sending three subsequent emails, we've received no response whatsoever. It feels as though the hotel is deliberately avoiding our registration to prevent us from receiving the 10% discount on our next visit, especially concerning given their initial oversight regarding the 50% discount. We remain puzzled by this complete lack of communication from hotel management.

All the plants and trees and flowers are really beautiful and well maintained. The lighting of the property is gorgeous. The views are picturesque. It's a small, quiet and peaceful hotel.Rooms and grounds are super clean. The design of the pool areas is very pretty. Breakfast is basic but filling. Ground staff although very pleasant and helpful was lingering around the hilltop suites area a lot, like really a lot-it was taking away the privacy a bit. We are in our 40s and we're glad we had our own pool and terrace to chill as the crowd was mostly young "instagram" couples- lacking warmth, a smile or good manners that usually come with experience ( or upbringing😉). Also, I don't know how but there were hardly any mosquitoes. There is a party hotel above Irida, which had parties every day from around 9 till 11pm. It echoed around the whole neighborhood!- we didn't mind-sounds of people being happy and enjoying themselves and the traditional live music was even beautiful on occasion!-but it's something to consider.

Excellent food from all of the restaurants, snack bars and even the buffet. Good range of pools without any major issue finding sun loungers. Beach is sandy and can easily swim in the sea safely. Water park is great to have as another option. Hotel is big on sustainability so have to refill your own water bottles each day, but easy enough to do. We occasionally needed to request the room to be cleaned via the app as not always done daily, however each time we requested it to be cleaned it was done within the hour.
