Rooms quite dated and no air-conditioning. Very basic and overpriced

The hotel is very well located, with friendly and helpful staff. It felt safe, quiet, and clean, which made the stay comfortable. I would definitely consider staying here again if I visit Amsterdam in the future.

Location was excellent, close to all the local attractions and just great for walking around the city. We had a loft too Which was really nice. Only negative was the breakfast, was very small offering and was never topped up.

Staff was incredible. Quiet area but close to museum quarter, shopping and restaurants. Breakfast is fresh and healthy. The decor is super cool. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing hotel in Amsterdam! The rooms were spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety of high-quality options. The hotel's location is ideal, with most museums and the historic city center within a comfortable 30-minute walk, making it easy to explore Amsterdam's main attractions on foot. The only downside was the pillows, which were not very comfortable. Other than that, it was an outstanding stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a reservation for four nights at this hotel, but was not able to stay because of the heatwave. I was given a room on the 4th floor of the hotel (in the back of the building), which is basically an attic

The rooms and property were clean and the staff were helpful. The rooms were hot (we were also there during a record heat wave), but for a 5 star hotel at the price point of this one I didn’t expect to be uncomfortable in my room irrespective of the outside conditions.

Clean spacious room, would be nice to add some chairs. Since the sofa was turned into a bed in our room, we had no space to sit other than the beds. Good location, soundproofing for the rooms
