Parking was safe. Room temp was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very minor, most of the vending machines were poorly stocked or didn’t work. But overall a good stay in a good location.

The man who was on the counter for check-in was aggressive. The Room was clean, comfortable but we felt threatened with the check-in staff as he yelled at my father, who is elderly man only because my dad asked to check the name on the reservation again as the staff couldn’t find it. I’ll be reporting his behavior to IHG as it was unacceptable.

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Rooms are small, but cozy, and have all of the amenities you may need. The recent room upgrades maximize the space. Little things like nice-sized TV, built-in luggage space, comfortable bed linens, and fog-proof mirror make a value hotel a great place to stay!
