Great Stay

Spent the four days in Knoxville for business and ended up getting sick. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. 10 minutes to downtown and lots of good restaurants and stores around so it made things convenient. I'd stay there again.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was not entirely clean, there being coffee spills on the wall next to the toillet paper roll in the bathroom which could have easily been washed off. The bed was really comfortable.
