Ladies at check-in were super nice. Elevator was broken and spoiled our stay. ADA room was on the 2nd floor and nearly impossible to get to. Bad experience. Cost was outrageously high for such an uncomfortable stay. Feel free to refund at least some of the cost.

You can tell it’s been remodeled in some ways, but the carpet in our room was gross, stained, and it smelt like dog. Turning on the air in the room made it worse as it blew the smell as well. Beds are hard and pillows too. Breakfast was alright, staff were very nice.

Desk service was good and breakfast was decent but that’s about all I can say. When we got to the room, there was a terrible damp smell like they had just cleaned the carpet—a chemical smell that gave me a headache and didn’t go away for a day and a half. The remote didn’t work. The pillows were like thick bricks. The bed frame was broken. The mattress was like sleeping in a bowl. There was WiFi on the ground floor but not on the 2nd floor where we were. Would not recommend.
